Perfectly safe. That date just means eating them before that date you will get the best quality -flavor, texture, odor,color. Possibly some of those attributes may be affected but not food safety.

How do you make those? Do you boil them in water? If so, they are definitely safe to eat, jsut might taste a bit funny. Otherwise, use caution. Anything "instant" usually is edible after the exp date, but remember- if you get sick, you won't be able to sue :)

You're almost five months past the expiration date.... they are probably okay, but don't you have anything else to make??? I'd be scared of mealworms (whatever those things are called in dried stuff)... did you store the box in plastic???

My vote is to toss it.

well if it was a full box yes the shelf life is like 4 years
but half is pushing it id eat them though

I would suspect they have some gritters living in them. Toss em. A new box is only a couple of bucks.

Um, that's plain cheap. Throw it away, buy a couple of potatoes and make the real stuff. Yuck, powder potato!

well, i wouldn't suggest it. they may be tainted with salmonella if stored close to the peanut butter.
