No, but seriously there is no 'healthiest food'. Have a variety, mix and match. The worry is not what's best, but to avoid the obvious poison such as sodas, fast food, and processed junk like salty chips and other convenience snacks.

2. yogurt, kefir, olive oil
3. almonds, honey
4. soybeans, soy milk
5. broccoli, spinach
not necessarily in that order or in equal amounts but...
mix all of these together in a blender and you've got the perfect healthful drink!
