My and my girlfriend broke up recently. As a friend now, she tells me the faults of my relationship—that I am so sick that I need to take medication, that I am obsess with computers and action movies since that is the only thing I talk about, that I am extremely paranoid and have anxiety attacks. How do I change all this so that I can have a good relationship with my future girlfriends?

Find a girl that likes computers and action movies just as much as you.

Well, you can see if a doctor agrees about the medication. Go see a therapist (one that doesn't prescribe medication on a regular basis). They can tell you if they think medication is right for you. As for obsessing with computers and action movies, those must be your hobbies. Perhaps, if you find something else that interests you, something that girls would enjoy too, then you can have something else to obsess about.

They call that re-inventing yourself. Change your attitude. Your frame of mind. You'll be fine. Good Luck.
