there are two or connected bones below you neck that goes through your shoulder. its usually long and horizontal.??? i wonder what its called.

It is called the clavical. The others are right. The common name for it is the collar bone because it rests just below where the collar of a shirt sits, as if it is supporting the collar in front.

It's called the Clavical up front (your collar bone) and the one behind is called the Scapula ( Your Shoulder Blades)
