No, cause sometimes it's unavoidable. But I definitely think that recycling should be more convenient. At the restaurant I work at, we throw SOOO MUCH paper, plastic, and tin away it's ridiculous. I've taken home so many stacks of unused paper menus and placemats that they were gonna throw away so that i could recycle them.

No, that would be rediculous. What if I just want to keep my own trash for whatever reason? And they already charge to pick up your trash and in most cases the trash that is picked up still can be processed and recycled. If anything they could charge a little more to pick it up and use that to pay people to sort it for the recycler.

Definatly!! The person should be sent to do Community Service also if you dont. Its a problem nowadays with pollution
