No way. No woman really wants to be in an "open" relationship. Women who say they do either have confidence issues (and either need attention from many man or don't think they're good enough to be with one person in a serious relationship) or they are just confused.

It would depend upon who he was interested in having a monogamous relationship with. If it was with another man he would be gay, but with a woman, much to be admired. (Monogamy starts with mono, which means one.)

um, the only thing that makes someone gay is attraction to the same sex, that seems obvious to me
