I would personally get SHOWER SOOTHERS from the Vicks aisle. Its a tablet you put on the floor of the shower, and stand in there while it mentholates you to death. Youre good to go in 5 minutes.

I use Vicks Vapo Rub (little blue glass jar) I just take a small amout on the tip of a finger and apply it to the very top of my eyelids, just under the brow. The menthol fumes will make you close your eyes a bit. The smell will enter your nose and reach the sinuses. It takes 15-20 minutes but it works. When you stop smelling it you have to repeat the procedure. Wipe it off carefully so it doesn't get in your eyes. I'm sure this doesn't work for everyone but man, it's worth a try. Cheap, too.

Try a very warm washcloth and lay it over the sinus area until you get some relief. Try the Ocean Saline Nasal Spray too which helps moisturize the nasal passages. When mine gets bad I take some OTC meds - check with the pharmacist on his recommendation for your particular case & also tell him if you are on any other meds.

Get one of those squeeze bulbs from the drug store that's used for sucking out noses and ears for babies. Fill a cup with warm water with a little baking soda (For natural PH) in it, fill the bulb with it, and stand over the sink and squeeze to flush out your sinuses. (This is a good way to clean out ear wax, too - In the shower) - Right away, you'll get relief.
Once you get used to the practice, trying closing your mouth and inhaling a bit as you do it, and you will bring that into your mouth through those little tubes that connect it to the nose, which is even better to clean all out.
It happens, by the way, to be a Hindu healing method, and if you don't believe me, check it out on the internet. Doing it regularly will help keep your sinuses working well.
I also find putting a few drops of warm hydrogen peroxide in my ears as I lay down on the bed, then turning to let it drain not only helps with ear wax, but has a remarkable drying effect on my sinuses, too.
Good luck

I would try a saline nasal rinse (not a spray.) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean).
The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot
You don’t need a prescription for this therapy. If you live in a state like mine, they’ve pretty much “outlawed” sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis.
