Because it makes very mentally weak people feel they have power.I also personally believe these people are inbred to the point of not having enough intelligence to know the difference between right and wrong.

Because they are very ill. They obviously use drugs, drink lots of alcohol and they are under alot of stress at work
and school and in life in general. They need to be put away and the key thrown out for good, and not let out ever!!!

Because they can't fight back or do anything about it.
Abusing someone or an animal that is weaker sometimes makes a person feel powerful or in control.
