I'm very sure besides scientists can't explain the origin of life. That "non-living matter spontaneously created living matter" has been tossed out years ago there is not one science book that can tell you how life came to be.
I'm absolutely sure there is a God. It can be the only explanation. As to if He use evolution to create the universe is a more debatable question.
I think not but it is a better question.

Job 12:7 "But ask the animals, and they will teach you,
or the birds of the air, and they will tell you;
8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you,
or let the fish of the sea inform you.
9 Which of all these does not know
that the hand of the LORD has done this?
10 In his hand is the life of every creature
and the breath of all mankind.
Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God;
the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
2 Day after day they pour forth speech;
night after night they display knowledge.
3 There is no speech or language
where their voice is not heard.
4 Their voice goes out into all the earth,
Romans 1:18The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.
How can someone NOT be sure there is a God? Nature itself says there is a God, and if a person says there is not then they have no excuse. I have absolutly no doubt. When I see a rainbow, I think "God did that". When I see an eagle fly by I say "God did that". To deny God is to deny everything you see is real.

Im not a creationist in the sense you used here, but I do believe everything was created for a purpose by God and even if there is something called evolution, its still created by Gods power and not really a chance evolution.
Im sure as long as there are people asking me the question: Who made God?
Because people inherently have the idea of a creator for everything in their head, and thats the miracle of God.
Edit: Gemma makes a good point.

There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever. It is maybe the only thing I am sure of.
I speak to God everyday. When I pray things happen. Coincidence? I think not!
I challenge you to ask God for something. Something serious and wait a few weeks and see what happens. Just try it. What do you have to lose?

I think you're confusing God with an
energy form.
Your question is like mixing oranges
with apples.
Creation forms when energy bits called
"quarks," explode and interface with
invisible forces known as Laws Of Physics.
Time and space are merely by-products
of this reaction.
The Force is not the energy.
The energy is not the Force.

Absolutely for sure and with out any doubt...
God exists... I can not state it any more emphatically.... for certain, positively, as sure as it is possible to be.... I know from personal experiance with Him... Yes...
there is a God... and God is the creator of all that mankind knows and can ever hope to know...
BTW.... do not look to The Bible to prove God... The Bible dose not prove God.... God proves The Bible... if you do not know God you will never know the truth of The Bible.

Well Im sure because without one life has no meaning. Everything in this universe is cause and effect so its seemingly impossible to say we were created from nothing since nothing evolves from nothing and everything is cause and effect. Its simple when you think about.
I mean really, do you honestly believe we just popped out of no where, that kind of thinking is absurd.

My belief is extremely strong, but I never confuse it with "knowledge." You can believe to the point that you have no doubt left at all - and still not actually "know." And that goes for theists AND atheists, without exception.
