It could be a heat bump, or it might possibly be a blood clot, probably a heat bump though, especially if its been hot, you been wearing pants, sweating alot there, etc.

It's probably an ingrown hair. Try squeezing it (clean it first w/ alcohol or something) and see what comes out. It might also be a cyst. Probably an ingrown hair though. I sometimes get them and it wont go away until I pull the hair out with a sterile needle.

No need to worry It's not cancer or anything serious, I've had It too and I prevented me for skating for a few days. I dont really know what It is but I had It once too.

sounds like it may be an ingrown hair, try soaking in hot water or put a hot cloth on it..........if it doesn't get better see the doctor, they may need to give you an antibiotic.
