cats seem to hate aluminum foil...try putting that around it... or hanging them up from the ceiling so they cant reach.

You can put aluminum foil or decorative rocks at the base of the plant. Cats don't like the feel of the foil on their paws.

Put masking tape made into loops around the bottom of the plant. you will either cure the digging problem or the fur ball problem.

Cover the soil with a plastic plate, cut out to pass the plant stem. This will also retard evaporation, so you need not water quite as often.

Fill a spray bottle with water and squirt it everytime you catch it digging. Good luck..mine used to sleep in the plant..

I put large rocks over the soil. Problem solved, they won't try to dig through the rocks.

I used aluminum foil since it was handy and I knew my cat hated foil.

put sheaded up citrus fruit skin in the top of the bowl
