Did it taste rotten? Did it change color? Did it smell? No? You're good... unless you are starting to throw up or getting diarrhea- then yes it was rotten. Expiration date is also for the manufacturers,... that way they know that everything they made and delivered a month (+/-) ago are being disposed if not eaten... and they can keep on making and delivering new ones.

When did the ice cream expire? A day or two ago? If so, it should be okay - but if it expired a week ago, throw it.

depends on how expired. But most likely..because it has milk in it and milk it bad to eat.drink when spoiled
