i think that it is two diffrent things, cuz i went on a date and i never really considered me and him a boyfriend girlfriend thing until he asked to be.

I would say they are two different things. There are lots of first dates where people don't click and don't see each other again. I think boyfriend/girlfriend indicates more of a committment to continue the relationship.

That is definetly different.Dating is just a test to see if you are compatible with each other.Going ouy is when you guys went past dating and now you guys are compatible and you have good chemistry.Then you guys start seeing each other more often then normal.You also go on more dates.

NO! you actually have to talk about it and go on a few dates, not just ask someone out and they are automatically your boy/girl friend

Two totally different things!!!!
you can date as many people as you want to find out who you want to be with.
When you become bf and gf you both agree on your feelings and talk about it.
just be honest and talk.
