A tongue twister is something thats hard to say really fast a few times without getting your tongue all twisted (not literally though)
Here are some examples:
Say Toy boat really fast five times
Say She sells sea-shells down by the sea-shore really fast five times
Say Sunshine city really fast five times
There are TONS more, but there is not enough room to say all of them. Even if there was room enough, I don't know all of them. And new ones are probably invented every day. Hope I helped you!

Its when mostly all the words begin with the same letter and when you say it reall fast it is hard to pronouce.
