you could play "pin the baby on the mommy". make a paper cut out of a pregnant woman and one of a baby, tape the woman cut out on the wall, and well I'm sure you get the idea.

Baby songs. How many songs can the team write down that have the word Baby in the title? (losers have to sing baby song)
Match the baby's name and moms name - then get the proper names for either animal moms and babies (hen and chick) rock stars and babies, or even friends and their children's names. Closest match wins.
Baby Gift Bingo. Have a card with 9 or 12 spaces. Each guest fills in the spaces (before gift opening) with what they think the Mom will receive. As gifts are opened, they will mark off their cards to get a "Bingo".
Cloth diaper (with pins) on the balloon - who can do it fastest without popping the balloon. this is more fun they are blindfolded or the balloon is wet.
Unscramble words related to baby shower. (less common words are harder, like bunting bag)
You can also download software that merges two pics together - merge a pic of mom and dad, mom and Brad Pitt, mom and Tom Cruise, etc. It is fun to have the guests guess which one is the real Baby.

Doesn't matter the type of shower this one works for anything. As the guests arrive have them fill out an envelope with their names and addresses. Have them put it in a basket. At the end of the shower draw one out and give a doorprize. Not really the point of the whole thing though. The point is that the mother to be will have all her thank-you cards all ready addressed...means less work for her later on. Have a good shower!

You can take different kind of candies and melt them into a diaper and have your guests guess which is which. Use snicker, baby ruth's, and butterfingers. This game is a little gross ( like dirty diapers) but really fun. Also you can do the name game. Where you a letter of the alphabet say A and you think of as many guys names as you can or girls names. If you want to make it harder you have to think of bible names. You could play guess the gifts your going to guess. This game is exactly what the titles says. Or guess the length around your belly.

I have a page on my website DEDICATED to Sentimental activities at the baby shower. These are sweet things to do that allow all the guests to share their love and excitement for the new baby!!
Check it out....and if you like you should check out my diapercakes while you are over there. I specialize in custom diaper cakes designed to match the shower theme or baby's nursery decor. They make great centerpieces/decorations and can double as the gift to the new family!

I went to one shower where all the guests had to answer questions about the baby, mom and dad. Questions like...how much did the baby weigh at birth, what time was the baby born at, what is the mom or dads middle names, birthdays, favourite day of the year, etc., different questions about the family. Good luck!

We played baby bingo at my sister's shower, when everyone gets a bingo card with certain gifts on it, and as people win, they get little gifts. (or you can do just one winner) also, we put tiny "diapers" at everyone's place settings, and whoever had the *dirty* diaper won a prize. I put little "advice" cards at everyone's settings, so everybody could write some advice for the new mommy. You could measure her "waistline" and have everyone guess the measurement with toilet paper. That's always a lot of fun. Hope this helps!

At my baby shower we took 10 different candy bars, melted them a little, and put them in diapers. The ladies had to guess what candy bars were in the diapers...It's too funny watching them sniff the diapers as they pass them around. You have to tell them not to taste it, though.
Also, we cut out celebrity faces and glued them onto baby bodies and had the guests guess who the celebrity was...It wasn't that hard, but it's something.

Get a bunch of clothing pins. As people come in you put one
on their shirt and explain this to them: "Everyone starts with
1 pin if you catch anyone crossing their legs, arms or fingers.
You take their pin from them or if they catch you then you lose
your pin. But only one pin can be taken at a time." For 'xample:
If I have 4 and u catch me with my legs crossed you can only
take1 pin from me. At the end of the party whoever has the
most pins on wins. Guys and children can also play.
Trust me it's fun!!!!
