Why should I give up anything on Lent? Lent originated in the ancient Babylonian mystery religion. “The forty days’ abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess…Among the Pagans this Lent seems to have been an indispensable preliminary to the great annual festival in commemoration of the death and resurrection of Tammuz” (The Two Babylons).

Lent is of pagan origin. True Christians have nothing to do with it.

Flirting, and suggestive comments. I thought of it during lunch (5th period)a friend of mine gave me a week. on 7th period this kid said he would miss me flashing him. Which barely even happened in the first place. The whole class was makeing a BIG deal of it. But that's my thing to give up an' ima do it.

I don't know yet... I was thinking about that today. I think that I am going to give up junk food. So it looks like only salads and fruit for me.
