In my opinion she shaved her head because her hair was damaged and she wanted to start over new. I read in a magazine that K-Fed was saying that Britney felt insecure because her hair was not growing and very unhealthily due to the damage that she did to her hair. Personally i think that the bald look does not look nice but she did what she had to do for healthy hair.

britney spears is just trying to make a statement
that she is still beautiful without the thing that makes a woman beautiful
she is a strong person is what she is trying to say
but I dont think its a good haircut for everyone

Personally I think that she did it because of whats going on in her life with the rehab and all it can symbolize rebirth when people shave their heads I did it myself I will never do it again tho...lol It actually doesn't look all that bad on her some people have lumpy heads and it looks terrible.

its not a good look but Brittany spears claims to have shaved her head so people would stop touching her lol why shave your head for that reason just yell at them or some thin lol!

She shaved her head becuase when she went into rehab, they were going to take hair samples to see what types of drugs she had been taking. Hair follicles can tell you everything about a persons history. Now no one can tell anything. I think it sucks

she's actually got a good head to be bald ... doesn't look bad ... but i think she did it because she's clearly unstable. she's gone in and out of rehab, twice in a week, in less than 24 hours, recently, since her split w/ federline, she'd been partying like crazy ... she needs help, but doesn't seem to want it. i hope she gets it together for the sake of those poor children!

she was in rehab and she was under alot of stress she just wanted to tell people shes preety without the stuff you would think a girl is preet for. and what she did was acually good too, she sent her her to a cancer organizatioon for people who lost their hair because of cancer.
