Annoying isn't it? At my college there's a class for foreign people that can't speak english and I can't help but wonder why they are here?

some British citizens can't speak English because they are foreigners who got citizenship by migrating to UK.. that's why they don't speak!! they are not even called "citizens" they are called "fake citizens"... and you are one of them!!!

Because they come to the UK, and get citizenship without making the slightest effort to learn the language.
It is a sign of great disrespect, yet they demand respect. (not in English)

there are pleny of People in the US that cant speak english...
Either they dont care to learn or they are illegals...
Same could be said for the people of England
