Depends on your carrier, but most landlines have a flat rate for local calling, so they don't list them on the bill. I guess they figure that since you can't dispute the flat charge, you don't want to see the calls that you made.

I have free long distance on cell phone also. I keep LD on land line in the event the cell battery dies, or the towers go down. Remember World Trade Center & Hurricane Katrina. Also, where I live, it is not unusual for power to go out from time to time. I keep a Princess Phone in the closet to plug in in place of my cordless. I always have local and long distance capability.

Rando is right!!! It all depends on your provider....ppl want more fancy features, so many provider offer online call-logs, which is really cool....it usually runs 4-6 hours behind (updates)! I wanna see what and who is calling now, not 30 days from now, when I get the bill...

only the LD calls show up unlike the cell phone bill that lists all dialed no's
