how do i get rid of this ugly thing on my face?

it is like a dark black rash that i used to lick alot but I stopped licking it?how could it even have appered in the first place

If its around your lips, its actually a wierd chapped mark. My sister use to get those all the time. Try putting chap stick- not lip gloss- on it. It should disappear soon!
