It's probably hormonal. Talk to your doctor. You may need anger management classes.

I would do what another answerer says here, make sure you do not have diabetes or another illness that may be irritating the heck out of yr body.
If you have a chronic illness, stress it will definetely make you angry. One way or another.
Try to figure out when you are angry what is it over? a fly that flew by? or your boss yelling at you one more time?
The thing is to control your reactions and emotions if need be through counseling or a good class in anger management.
Personally I find praying very healing and a relationshipw ith Jesus essential to have more peace of mind.
Jesus heals all. But we also need to help ourselves. We find out by going to the doctor, getting the best and most accurate medications (though watch out today doctors want to bombard you with medications that many are bad for you..so you do yr research if you need medication).
If you are diabetic its natural to feel angry and you need insulin shots to bring the sugars down and get you feeling less angry.
diabetic people can get raging mad. I've seen them. So do not discard testing yourself for this.
And keep in mind that you can get angry, but do not go out and do someting to anybody.
You most probably have the right to be angry, but if you dont know at what or why but just get angry that has to be a physiological problem.
GO TO THE DOC ASAP!

I request that you please make an appt. with your dr. asap. Why? Because you need to get a physical, blood work done, see if you might have diabetes, or something else. If not, then you may need to take anger management classes to help you. Or, consider if nothing physicaly wrong with you to cause the anger, some counseling, to get to the reason why --maybe you saw this behavior in an adult when you were a child? I personally don't think it's because of your age. I wish you the best. Take care.

Are you getting enough sleep? I know I tend to get pretty grouchy and irritable if I'm too tired. Think about your life and ask yourself if there's anything causing you a lot of extra stress, such as too many responsibilities. If you've tried to take on more responsibilities than you can handle, consider cutting out one or more of them if you can. If you cut down on stress and get enough sleep, that will probably help a lot.

Males have been trained by mothers to develop anger . They use sexual rewards for rages and then the adult is out of control. It is well practiced in the middle eastern religions.

i dont think its an age problem.. they say that people with anger management issues feel frustrated and powerless with some aspect of their life, and instead of addressing that problem they put that frustration into other things that weren't previously upsetting to them..
so you shoud think about what it is in your life that you may be frustrated with, and address that problem.. and you also should look into counseling.. catholic, lutheran, and jewish charities all have great counseling services for a very fair price

you can try meditation, or a contact sport. some people find meditating very calming and relaxing, others like to punch the crap out of a punching bag to aleviate their frustration.

it happens from stress of people nagging you or being beep's
!!!!!!!!You can learn how to control it by asking a family member who may also have been in your footsteps or a phyciatrist .i think it has to do with your surrounding peple not nessesarly you.
