I need a recipe for a milkshake not using ice cream! It would be best if it was just like milk, ice, and vanilla extract!

O! By the way, I would like it to be vanilla!

okie here it goes;;;;
you will need
1 cup milk
ice
vanilla essence or extract
1/4 or 1/2 ripe banana ( for a thick constituency)
sugar(optional)

Blend it on high and voila...you have ur milkshake ready to drink!!!

PS: You can alternate with different fruits for different flavors and even add chocolate for that chocolate flavor...my fav is the banana and strawberry shake with a tinge of vanilla extract thrown in....

Enjoy!!!

Cooking is a creative endeavor. Put the ingredients you listed together and see what happens. Add or subtract different ingredients and see what happens. You may make a mess or you may make a favorite recipe. Try adding a banana to your ingredients and maybe some ice. Then blend on high and try it out.
