Those Fleet enemas usually work. You can often buy them at Wal-mart or K-Mart in the health area, where they have laxatives, for about $1.50. You'll need a private place to insert the plastic nozzle; a place where no one can walk in on you. And to avoid embarrassment from family or friends, you should have a plan to dispose of the empty bottle in private.
Lay on your side with no clothing. On a floor, I mean. Work the nozzle in carefully, and squeeze all the contents into your bowel. In about three minutes, the urge to purge will be overwhelming. Have a toilet nearby. Best wishes.
Start eating more fiber. Drink lots of water, and exercise a lot.

Are you in discomfort? Is this a departure from the norm? Fixating on it will cause issues as well. Drink plenty of water to lubricate things. Laxatives and enemas should only be use sparingly. It is only Wednesday.

Not everyone goes everyday. Sometimes, depending on your diet, a person can go 2 or 3 days without going and it's perfectly normal. As long as you're not in discomfort, you're probably okay.
