I have dry skin and I don't like using lotion. Is there something else I can use to keep my skin hydrated?

i like to baby oil on my skin after taking a shower, or u could buy soap that doesn't dry out your skin, like a moisturizing soap and that way there would be no need for lotion!
my mom uses that types of soap and she loves it!

I also have very dry skin and lotion doesn't work so I use Vaseline petroleum jelly, just a very light coating. It does wonders. You'll be as smooth as a baby's bottom ;) Good Luck!

petroleum based products, baby oil, Vaseline, really aren't very good for the skin. They are just refined crude oil

better is olive oil. after shower or bath, don't dry off. put a few drops of olive oil in your hands and rub on affected skin. Pat dry.

baby oil before & after a bath is good for the skin.. also there are soaps & body wash that has added moisture, i really leaves skin smooth & moisturized.. i am currently using dove body wash though i still use lotion
