I've always had the same thing, and finally took it seriously. for me it was a problem of stress and tension constant putting strain on my brain and i was told that had i not gone to doctor i would have lost a function of my brain if it got serious.
u should go to the doctor ASAP...or it could just be sinus headaches that u take regualr medicine for.
take care

Your doctor should be notified and he or she will probably have you consult with a neurologist. When I was 16 I had my first migraine and I was terrified I had brain cancer so for a long time I suffered in silence. What I didn't know was that brain cancer is EXTREMELY rare, when you compare it with all the other kinds of headaches there are. There are certain factors to consider such as age and lifestyle, but only your doctor can probably truly put your mind at ease. One good thing is that the tests that doctors do to tell what kind of headaches you have are non-invasive and painless. The doctor will probably do a cursory neurological exam which entails touching different parts of your body to make sure you feel things the same on both sides of your body and checking you for balance. It's a little like a Field Sobriety Test. As well as ordering a test called an MRI or Magnetic Resonance Imaging which just entails lying inside what equals an enormous magnet for about 45 minutes while the machine takes thin "slice" pictures of your head. Piece of cake. Anyway, talk to your doctor and I'm sure he or she will make you feel much better. God bless.

Any single headache could be nothing or could be dangerous, possibly even fatal. Since you're getting these repeatedly, you have only one safe option - SEE YOUR DOCTOR.
Yes, someone here claiming to be a doctor has said otherwise. But even if that person is a doctor, he should not be diagnosing you without taking your personal and family histories, examining you and possibly ordering tests as well. The doctor that you SEE, the one with whom you talk face to face, in the same room, is the doctor who will do just that.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Muscles get knots called trigger points. These make the muscles tight causing them to press on nerves and other thing.
Pain can be referred from places other than the head.
#1 The first thing is to take a couple swigs of molasses or eat a couple of bananas. They contain magnisium and potassium both of which muscles need.
#2 WATER she should be drinking 1/2 gallon minimum. The head of neurology at UCDavis likens a body running low on water to a car running low on oil (the engine can seize).
Get a good (deep tissue) massage (to loosen the trigger points) on the back, shoulders and neck. Make sure to press up at the base of the skull where it meets the spine.
You rub or lightly scratch everywhere on your head. You will hit spots that are tender these are trigger points. The idea is to rub across them 6-12 times per session up to six times per day until they go away.
For more information on trigger points read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.

Certainly if it recurs often. It may be migrane or some serious ailment.
Also get your eyes checked before you go to any specialist for this. But there is a definite cure for this. Do not worry much.(unnecessay worry or anxiety can also cause such headaches!!!)

Its very serious. It could be anything bad like a tumor or it could just mean you need sleep. My friend had headaches similar to yours. Doc said he needed more sleep. Go check that out ASAP.

Please get an appt. with your dr. asap-let him/her know what has been happening, and for approx. how long. Headaches can be serious, and this doesn't sound like a normal headache. Take care.
