I went on a first date with this girl. shes 22 and she has a good sense of humor, tall, thin, dark hair, dark eyes.... italian and knows how to cut hair. i dont mean to sound like a pri*k but on a scale of 1/10 she was a 5. i have issues with pickyness and its a serious problem. i finally found somebody i was into not too long ago but it was the worst relationship ever. we fought everyday. now we hate each other. it only lasted 3 months. i thought i loved a girl for the first time... ive been on 50 dates since january and get frustrated because i cant find a perfect 10. LOL this girl i thought i loved def wasnt either though which may sound weird but she cheated on all her boy friends. im not really into a girl unless she all f*$#ed up.

You know what? During my dating years, I was the female prick. I went on a lot of one daters, and any relationship I've had, I've been the one to break it off, and I did break some hearts. But in the end, by age 28, I met a man that I knew right away was "the one" and wasn't letting this one go. We've been married 9 years, and we are the bestest buddies and we are lifetime partners.
My opinion, as long as your not disrespectful to women, your ok. I don't believe in staying with some one unless it feels right. Why waste their time and yours?
As far as being into girls being "f'd" up, it's coincidence. You may like a free spirited girl, and they do have similar traits. Don't worry about it, just have fun!

Well this is easy your going based on Looks not personality and looks. Sometimes the ugly people turn out much prettier than the nice to look at girl.
Of course be attracted to the person (no one wants to wake up to a troll)but take your time and maybe give a first date a second chance and go again. Try not to try so hard to, just have fun with the single life. I used to go based on looks and my relationships always got abusive or ugly as you said. Then I smartend up, started going for the person and found I was finding a MUCH better variety of people who had alot more respect for me to!

Sounds like you need to get your priorities straight. Looks diminish over time and the person doesn't. What are your beliefs? What do you enjoy doing? What kind of girl would compliment you? Of course you have to be attracted to her physically, but mentally too. Sometimes, with time as you get to know the person more you get more attracted to them. So, give it some time...slow down. You are never going to find that perfect 10 because everyone has flaws! You are not perfect so why would you eXpect to find someone that is? I think you're into messed up girls because those are the ones that are "good looking" or act like b******. To be honest, those women are so into themselves that they could care less about you. Why would you want to be with someone like that? As you get older you'll realize that looks are only eXterior and the insides (personality, humor, beliefs, character) are going to be more appealing.

dude. tall, dark, and thin? sounds good to me. stop being so picky. go on another date and see how well you guys gets along. it can't really hurt anything anyways. if you go around looking for the perfect 10 you're going to have a lot of dateless nights. looks aren't everything anyways. just go for it.
