First off a man has no business with a girl...woman yes. And for a man to say your special to him it's kinda like your one of his buddies but in female form. He can count on you..trusts you..and enjoys your company.

There is no such thing as "always" when it comes to love/men/relationships/most of life.
As the first poster said, it could just mean that he wants to be friends. Don't try to read things into it.

No. It most likely means he wants to take the relationship to the 'next level'. If he loves you he will tell you. I would also interpret these words as he wants to be just friends.

not always sometimes they just say that to you and that they love you be they could honelsty not give a **** about you at all so be careful and watch out if he ever calls you names hits you orthings like that break up with him.....but if he is very honest then yes it means somthing

I can mean that he loves you, but if you need to ask them I'm guessing it's too early for either one of you to have such lovey dovey feelings for each other! Just consider it that he wants to highten a personal relationship with you.

No, it isn't. I would say that to someone for whom I would pray for or for whom I have a high regard, such as a relative, friend, acquaintance I care about, a chat partner, etc. Of course, I would also say it to my love partner, too.

Somtimes is a love signal, sometimes is just frienship stuff, but somtimes it measns "I hope you buy this sensitive guy stuff and give me some good hot sex".
