I was going to walgreens to get my passport picture from them since they are cheaper. Can I wear a headband, I always wear one (except when sleeping) because I have bald spots in that area (Im only 15 years, not an old man)? Is it OK.

No you can't. Here is the official rule.

Do not wear a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hairline.

No, you can not wear a headband in passport photos. It will be rejected when you send in your passport application. The only head coverings allowed are those worn for religious purposes.

You will be asked to remove any head wear you have on for the passport photo. It will become an offical US Governmnet document and there are requirements... Sorry

I'm sure they could alter the size of the print to fit your requirements.. or if you want them to put your picture onto a USB then you could control the size of the print from your computer at home.. Either way you'll really just have to go in and explain the situation to them and ask if they'll work with you. Be sure to smile =)
