I over-heard a girl that i like email address . she doesnt know i heard it. Should i email her and ask her out ,even though she will know who it is when she sees my email address?

If you're her friend, then go ahead. send something like 'heya its me! just thought i'd send you an email and ask what you're up to!'
if not, dont. it would be creepy. Try talkin in person more and then say 'Hey i've somehow got your email, is it ok if i email you sometime'

Probably depends how well you know her. If its a hotmail address or something, add her to msn to get to know her better. But NOOOO, dont ask women out online. It just looks bad and makes it seem like you're afraid of her. Also, its easier to be rejected online because she wouldnt have to see the disappointment etc. Your chances are better over the phone or even better, face to face.
