Get a SuperSoaker water gun and wait out of sight a while for the offenders. Get them wet a few times and they'll never come back. Plus, your car gets a clean. Everyone's a winner!

spray some cat urine comes in a bottle at the pet store on your care for a few weeks know this cat urine does not smell as bad as real cat human

do you have a bee bee gun? shoot birds out of the sky and make
sure they hit the ground on your area. the cats will too busy eating
to want to climb on your car. it's temporary. or you could just shoot the cats.

urinate around it.. no seriously. like dogs, cats also mark their territory with urine, and they never trespass into someone elses territory, especially humans, we have a higher level of ammonia in our urine, it gives a stronger message to STAY AWAY.
it works superbly, ive done it myself. if you dont want to freak the neighbours out, urinate into a bottle first, then spray it around your car

put a sensitive alarm on your car so when they jump on the car it scares the bajeebers out of them
