How do you get a girl to like you?

I've went to all these site with 'tips' and all that, but girls act different than what they basically have around my age. Im 15 and I wanna know how to get girls to talk to me more often.

1) Be confident
2) Smile and be friendly to all girls, not just the pretty ones
3) Dont be afraid to start a conversation. It doesn't have to be long, it opens the door for a longer one later.
4) Don't be afraid to compliment her. All girls like to hear"I like your hair today/your so pretty/your so smart, can you help me with my homework?
5) Be yourself. Dont try to make her think your something your not. The things you think will impress her, probably wont even interest her.
6) Good personal hygeine. We have an incredible sense of smell, and if you smell good and clean, we are drawn to you.
7) Join a group that includes females. It gives you more one on one.
8) Flirt. Not in a way where you think your going to get anywhere-dont be creepy- but in a cute non threatening way.
9) Be a leader and a follower. Make weekend plans, and invite alot of people- like," Im going to see that new movie, wanna come!
10)Get into a sport like softball or a sport you really enjoy. Play the game and compliment your team mates when they do a good job and make up cheers like the "Action" cheer and make a cool new little hand shake thing thats cool but not too long!

Its difficult as 15 year old girls often go for older men as its seen as 'cool' and hey they can drive! Most important with girls is don't act desperate, as that's a mega turn off! Try talking to them be friendly but hold back a bit. Steph x

DONT be clingy! thats my number one rule, i hate it when guys are clingy.

Just start talking to a girl about something you notice. if she's wearing a shirt with a band you like on it, mention the band. Build up some friendships with girls and then i'm sure you'll be fine.
make them laugh and compliment them, but not too much remember :]

You need to be nice to her. Talk to her and let her know you are interested. Compliment her often and be confident. Girls don't want to date scrawny minded, inconsiderate, rude, insecure guys. Smile at her from across the room, but don't obsess when you catch her eye. Ask her out if she shows she is interested without coming on too strong. Get her used to be around you, but don't suffocate her with love and compassion. If she wants you to back off and let her be, do it because you will get into a heck of a lot of trouble. Please pick one girl at a time because then you won't be labled "Playa" (which means beach in spanish... lol).

definately start talking to her, make her smile and laugh. compliment her but not to much. kinda get the bad boy act going but act sweet and nice. girls love that. ask her to hang out, at your age something fun not to romantic or serious!! Good Luck!!

First of all do u know any girls? Second of all just start of like hey wuz up my name is so and so then get to know them and do this to any girl then just talk to them more and more . Always compliment her but not to much cuz then she will think you like her. Then just be you and get to know her.
