Probably only the one on the driver's side.
That's the legal requirement (it always has to be on the driver's side, so the other one is used in countries where the driver sits on that side).

Curiously, my Mégane II (bought new) has a bulb in the LH rear fog lamp, even though the lamp isn't connected up.

I think the most you can get in the Scenic 2 are 2 rear and 2 front fog lamps. Unless you do the work outside Renault.

Hi. I have a Scenic 2. I also have a Haynes manual for it which, under specifications in the electrical system, says : Rear Foglight (driver's side only works)......21 watt.

theres only one that does that is the o/s rear(drivers side) the other side is just blanked off
