Can anyone help me identify this plant? The leaves at the bottom are red and the ones on the top are green. Now, they are starting to turn red as well. There are also little "spurs" on the end of each leaf.

Your plant is a tropical houseplant called a Croton. There are quite a number of varieties, and I am not sure of which species or variety this one is.

The plant is called Croton which is an Ornamental plant grown in most of the houses.
