the script that processes your request for a video clip returns a file without extension. Your web browser assumes the file is a web page so it saves it with .htm extension. You have to rename them to .FLV to be able to play it

You need a special program/plugin to download the file. The .flv file is embedded into the HTML file, so when downloading, it only downloads the HTML file.

Hi, I use an add on called 'download helper' in mozilla firefox to help me download .flv files. It works great with youtube.
