Sometimes, as you get older, your metabolism flucuates and that may be the source of your urge to eat cake. If you're swelling in your abdomen and there's no confirmation of a pregnacy, you may want to see your doctor about a thyroid condition. Your water breaks only when you are in active labor. If you feel the urge to urinate and there's pressure on your abdomen then you could be in labor! There have been noted cases of women becoming pregnant and not knowing it until they actually go into labor, this study was found in overweight women. However, I was four months along before I knew I was pregnant with my first child! Good luck to you. I hope this helps.

do you even know what it means when your water breaks? because it can't happen more than once. that's when you go into labor, and the sac around the baby bursts, and expells all the amniotic fluid... unless you're talking about having to use the restroom..
but honestly, do you seriously think that you're going to get a positve result about whether or not you're pregnant on YQ&A??
umm.. ook... using my super yoda powers here... pregnancy result...... postive. oh wait.. i mean negative, no! postive... unsure?
geez, just go get a pregnancy test already.
