Why do i get headaches from sunflower seeds?

is there something in the seeds that causes headaches or is it just an amazing coincidence that i get one everytime i eat sunflower seeds

I don't know, but maybe you could try a different brand of seeds. Personally I like "Jumbos."

Because of the salt, your blood pressure is probally going up, in turn causing your head to hurt.

You might be allergic to them. Please see about seeing a dr. about this if it really bothers you to know. Take care.
