I'd imagine it probably is higher since Christrians cast them out and make them feel unwelcome.

I have no clue as to percentages. As far as christian teachings on homosexuality...I would guess that they feel the same way about that as they do about anything else that the christian church tries to restrict through laws.

I'm not sure, but I'm assuming that atheists are more open-minded about gays simply because they aren't reading and living by scripture telling them that homosexuality is a sin.

Many gays become atheists (or wiccan) due to the way that the Christan church treats them.
Also many child molesters, rapists, and murders also give up their religion due to the fact that christains preach forgiveness and acceptance but rarely practice it.
