James
Listening and Doing
22 But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. 23 For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. 24 You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like.

26 If you claim to be religious but don’t control your tongue, you are fooling yourself, and your religion is worthless. 27 Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.
Galations
19The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Jesus founded, empowered, and authorized the church.

The church later compiled and published the Bible.

The universal church remains a living entity, headed by God, and the authentic church remains the supreme faith authority in these new testament times.

The Bible makes no claims that are contrary to this.

Men who choose to follow false faith traditions do.

I'm not sure what you are asking but I will take a stab at answering it. People created "religion". I don't mean that people invented God and Jesus. I am talking about specific religions based on a small groups opinion of the interpretation of God's word. Unfortunately, people are very prideful and have a hard time accepting that someone elses interpretation may be more accurate than their own. Even the best of people are probably not "all correct" in their interpretation. For myself, I pray and listen and hope for guidance and it always comes. Not always quickly, but it always comes.

I would not be involved in any religion that contradicted the word of God.
