Our oldest cat does this. If she doesn't lead you into the room, she will sit and yowl waiting for you to come fill the bowl. Even if there is food in the bowl, if the bottom of the bowl shows, you have to stir the food down so she will eat. If she has eaten and left the bowl almost empty, the next time she goes to eat she gets an attitude without even checking to see if the bowl has been filled. Also if we are drinking a glass of water she yowls at us and reaches for us with her paw wanting a drink tool I am glad that I am not the only one with that problem, well it isn't really a problem it is just the cats quirky nature. So we just enjoy their odd behavior

My cat does exactly the same thing, and it's only natural (and cute at times). It CAN get extremely annoying, but its the cats way to let you know when he is hungry. Don't think that putting a whole bunch of food in his bowl will wrok, either. This usually only makes the cat eat too much at once and makes it extremely obese (as what happened to my friends cats). Just give in. Annoying, but its really not that hard to feed the cat.

A cat eats with it fairly is mouth and to realize this it might push the mouth against the nutrition. If the nutrition is in a plate like bowl which will reason the nutrition to push over the section. If I have been you cat i might get very pissed off that my nutrition pushes off the portion of the plate making it hard to even devour. Do you cat a prefer and purchase a Cat nutrition bowl, generally around yet with greater components with a wall like section,, so as that as quickly as pushed against the nutrition will provide up permitting the cat to truly get a mouthful of nutrition each and each time. look at right here letter L and additionally you will see the form the section ought to look like. nutrition will consistently finally end up on the floor despite the fact that as some will fall out of their mouth in the event that they do no longer shop the mouth at as quickly as over the bowl. you will see a lot much less nonetheless. Peace

Oh yes. I also have one that tries sitting on me before I want to wake up and get out of bed then she licks my fingers until I get up and feed her. The other one will cut right in front if me if I walk near his bowl but not walk straight there.
I would feed it at certain times of day and the rest of the time put the bowl and food away. Be strong!

YES! It doesn't matter if there is food in the dish or not..If he's not taken to the food dish, he won't eat it unless he's really really hungry. He'll even wrap his paws and legs around a human's leg and (like he's grabbing your leg) when he wants food. If someone is walking towards the food dish, he'll run behind following them. Further, he's so picky, he won't eat dry food that has been sitting in his bowl, it must be refreshed! silly kitty.

I have a cat that holds on to your leg, no matter what you do, she just stays with you until you give her a treat. I also have the stare down. It is my older cat. she stares at you, I swear without blinking. No matter where you go, she sits and stares. It's really kind of creepy. You have no choice but to feed her.
