Well, I'm not Wiccan as you well know.

But here's some meal blessing and bedtime prayers...

"For friends and food we give thanks"

"Earth, who holds the growing seed
Sun, who ripens field and tree
Shining sun and gentle Earth
Thanks for all your bring forth"

"All giving Nerthus [She's a Earth Goddess]
As you share your crops
Seeds sown full blown crops
To fruit and honey
So we honor you
Through this meal
Which is eaten in frith [Frith means peace]"

"Now I lay me down to rest
Frigga guard me in my nest
Above, below, and round about
Keep all the things I fear without
Bless those I love and bless me too
Dearest Frigga I love you"

Whatever prayers you like and there are prayer books out there, believe it or not (I actually have 2 myself) with Wiccan prayers... the one book I have has 3 prayers a day for morning evening and night prayers... plus extra ones for Samhain, and the other celebrations, and specific ones for various needs like coping with tragedy and such. Very nice books.

Many Wiccans use magic in the slot that in most religions would be filled by prayer; we invoke our Gods and Goddesses into circle with us and call upon Their aid. How much prayer is used depends on the individual Wiccan or coven, at least in my experience.

Here's one Wiccan prayer that I rather like.

SELF-BLESSING

Bless me, Goddess, for I am Your child.
Cleanse me and purify me
So that Your beauty and goodness can manifest within me.

Bless me, God, for I am Your child.
Cleanse me and purify me
So that Your strength and courage can manifest within me.

In the names of the Goddess and the God
So mote it be. Blessed be.

Well I pray in the morning, asking for the goddess to give me a good day. I pray when I go to bed to bless my friends and those that are having a diffficult time. I also do healing prayers when needed as well as other prayers when they are needed, also for sabbats.

Blessings unto you.

Prayer is a Christian concept. Wiccans do not have prayer. We have a public or private circle. There are other ways we communicate with the God and Godess but prayer is not one of them.
