Like physically as well in the way they act, and how to tell if they like you...
this one girl talks to me about alot of her life and sometimes about boys, but her knees always points at me, and she pokes me an stuff.

they have to be funny, muscular (sometimes), and sweet about girls. you have to lay on the charm - and if she pokes u and stuff, its probably cuz she likes you. girls have been doing that classic move forever.

we like great personalities in guys. if they don't have a good personality, then they don't win me over. that's an important thing for me. as for what else you said, i don't think i understood it. her KNEES point at you? what in the heck does that have to do with anything? whoopy doo. i don't get it...anyways, friends poke each other all the time. you need to be more specific about how she acts with you. friends mess around with each other all the time, by poking them or joking around. it means nothing...unless she's flirty when doing it.

Girls like guy who can be nice. Even though you lioke to flirt and then be a jerk, we want some one who can flirt and not be a jerk. We don't want someone who thinks that they are the smartest person in the world either. Don't get me wrong, you can be smart(I find it appealing) but we just don't want an annoying bragger. If you just talk to us and have stuff in common and are nice we'll be all over you.

If she pokes you, and her body is pointed towards you, she may be into you. If she talks to you a lot and shares a lot about her life, then she feels close to you.

if she pokes you, she's flirting. whether she's serious or not is the question.
girls let guys know they like them by searching them out to talk to, hugging them a lot, etc.

well i like guys who are physically fit,dont atlk about sleeping with girls or doing things with girls in front of you, and when i like a guy i will flirt alot, yeah ill touch them around there stomachs and on their backs , etc. but i dont know she sounds like shes into you

Simply ask the girl if she wants to hang out ..and pick something with your friends, like one or two of them. just say this-"hey *rachel* im going to *so and so* this weekend, i was just wondering if you wanted to come along, AND i promise it'll be better than anything you're doing this weekend..(in a playful voice)

take this from a girl she sees you as more of a brotherly type more than anything else. if she didnt talk about other boys infront of you it would mean she is digging you. so just be there for her.
