Food that is stored in wrappers. Food with preservatives so that they have a long shelf life. Is this harmless to the body? Is MSG so bad? What about RED 40? Is that OK too?

Not enough research has been done on the matter. It's one of those "grey areas". Nobody really knows for sure. The experts disagree with other experts. LOL

Just be aware there are "processed foods" that have NO additives or preservatives such as Frozen Vegetables and fruit.
They are preserved with 0 degree storage.

Are they? No. Most of the things used in food processing you get from nature and the environment anyway. And what you don't wont have a significant effect on you in your lifetime either.

they're not harmless, but they wont kill you. msg and any dyes are also bad but not deadly.
