Does anyone know how to make nacho cheese dip with velveeta..that stays smooth and creamy like at a restuarant

What do you put in it besides milk?...P.s. I dont want salsa or anything other chunks in it...just the cheesy!

you have to make a roux start with flour and butter until melted add some cream stirring and in cheese of your choice wala cheese dip

melt the cheese with milk or cream depending on how rich you want it and add your desirable flavoing and keep warm and stir so a film doesn't develope over the top.

Try to use a double boil technique like chocolate, or fudu, lol (spelling might be wrong).
