If you went into to labor, they cannot refuse you emergency treatment. But you will get a large bill.

You can be sure of a big bill from the hospital at the end. No point in skipping out without paying. They will follow it up. My friend had no medical insurance and had a car accident in the US. The hospital stay came to three hundred and fifty thousand dollars.

You would have to go to the emergency room and the care wouldn't be great. by law they cant turn you away for citizenship or for not having insurance if you go to the ER. the only reason they can send you away is if you are being disorderly or a danger to others.

i might set up some kind of fee association with them. i will see them no longer letting you flow domicile at 37 weeks pregnant...it fairly is risky to fly once you're that far alongside, despite the fact that it is your fault for staggering around see you later and arranged till the final minute to attempt to flow domicile. call the wellness facility and set up fee preparations.
