I remember my little sister rolling on the floor and acting like a lunatic when I had friends over. We are 10 yrs apart with other sisters in between us. It was so embarrassing and made me so angry at the time. My other sisters did things too.
But you know what? Now that we are older, we wish we had been nicer to each other when we were young.

well, from experience i would say that she just wants your attention, so i would suggest spending an hour or so a day with her, and let her spend the night in your room (if you dont share a room). about twice a month. it might seem terrible at first but after a while you two should start to get along, because i used to want to lock my sister outside, but now she and i are very close.
i hope this works for you.
good luck!

Love her, Love, her, Love her.
If you love her, you will not only accept her, she will even love you back, and do what you like to please you.
If she cries, instead of walking away, comfort her, give her a hug, a kiss, kisses. Find time play nicely with her, your game or her game. respect her, she will learn to respect you.
Remember, whatever you do, you are setting an example for her.

my little sister used to be the same way
all you have to do is completely ignore everything she says or does
dont even look at her when she is trying to be annoying
dont laugh or anything
this should work
haha

try and reason with her. let her know that you r busy now and it is important for you to be left alone and that if she wants to give you a hard time she will have to do it later.

Just play with her. She wants your attention so in order to get it , she is bothering you. If you give her attention she will stop. I would know considering I have 4 sisters.
