You can feed her a product called Greenies. They are green toothbrush shaped treats that help clean the dogs teeth and freshen breath.

For more info. here's the company link:

My in-laws buy them for their terrier. They work and she loves them.

This is quite common in older dogs. My dog had the same problem. Take him to the vets whereby they will give his teeth a good clean!! And from then on there are a number of doggy treats out there that help clean his teeth. Or you could try cleaning his teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste designed for dogs. It is a good idea to get him to the vets though because bad breath in dogs can sometimes be a sign of something else, especially if his teeth are in a relatively good condition still. My dog's wasn't - his teeth were in a state.

I have two dogs and they used to have stinky breath..i talked to vet and the stinky problem was taken care of..You will need to feed your dog two things every morning..Alpo Cheweeze, and a denta-stick. If you can't afford these products then you can get any dog snack that has charcoal in it.And if your pooch spends his or her time passing gas then change the food ..anything with Lamb and rice will benefit any dog for digestive problems and a healthy coat.

My dog used to have bad breath, now I have their teeth cleaned every year by the Vet (i have pet insurance on them that helps with the cost) and I brush their teeth (any pet store of Vet will carry toothpaste for dogs) every night...NO More Bad Breath...good luck to you

Get a dead crow and hide it under the sofa. Suddenly the dog breath problem will pale into insignificance.

You can buy her her own toothbrush and brush her teeth for her. Most likely she has some sort of gum disease at her age. Not much else you can do for it. Just dont kiss her.
