What do guys like about girls?

All i wana know is what a girl does that makes a guy like her (or him if you're "that way")
but okay.....this includes clothes style, hair, atitude, face, facial expressions, humor, voice, group (preppy, girly, emo, etc), outgoing? I NED TO KNOW!

the only attribute that really counts is the personality --- if you mesh with her you love her for the way she is
