Get a line of imported bottled items such as olives, peppers, plum tomatoes and line of tomato products, olive oil, apricots, pears, peach's. Try to get a good line of imports and use them for a little more value in your line.

Cookies BBQ sauce! It's wonderful. Do you carry a garlic spray? That stuff is awesome. Do you carry frozen breaded corn nuggets, pierogies, deep fried dill pickles? Paste stock bases? Stone ground mustards? Ostrich?
I'm trying to think of everything that was hard to find at my old restaurant.

Who do you sell to? Restaurants? Grocery stores? Bars? Happy hour places? small? big? medium sized places? mini-mart? etc., etc. It all depends.
