If a guy flirts and feels on another girl... that means he's cheating my dear. It means something is wrong in his relationship with his girlfriend. It doesn't mean something is wrong with his girlfriend but it means something is wrong with him, or views that something is missing in his own relationship with his girlfriend.

It's possible he just isnt ready to be a "one woman guy". Or, rather than sexually there may be other problems with his current relationship and he's confused.

no...it just means that he is a natural guy...i have friends whose g/f satisfy them quite often sexually and they still flirt and grope...its just immature guys being immature guys...
yes i know i am a guy...but i have grown past that stage and flirt and feel on only one woman
