the award is for Outstanding Educator[in the area of extracurricular activites]

he assistant coaches the football team and is the "leader person"(not sure what its called. i guess you could use "head coach") of the drumline at the same time of the year

(drumline in the morning before school and football practice for 2 and a half hours after school)

after both those things are over, he is the head coach of the 8th grade girls basketball team and the winter drumline.
(again, both at the same time)

then, basketball ends and he continues to coach the winter drumline and when preseason track starts, he helps out with the distance runners. (again, both at the same time)

by the time preseason football has started(at the end of the year) drumline is over and he focuses on that through the end of the year and the summer "2 a days" and then the cycle starts all over agian with football and drummline (the next year)

Dear Faculty and Staff,
While many may be nominated for Outstanding Educator In Extracurricular Activities, the list will not be complete without the name of (his name).
This man does it all...
He assistant coaches the football team which has 2 1/2 hours practice after school during football season and directs the drumline as well.
After all of that passing, punting, and kicking are done for the season, he "hoops it up" as the coach of the 8th grade girls basketball team, (their team name). He's directing the drumline once more, which is an on-going job, on top of all of his other duties.
Basketball scores fade, and soon he finds himself coaching all of those track runners.
Coaching is this man's life, as he starts again, after the track season ends, with football and the all-too-familar "2-a-days" that are part of the lives of the football team and of the sport.
In spite of the repetition, (his name) seems to NEVER lose his love of coaching. All of this hard work and effort are what make him so deserving of such an honor.

Sincerely.

(your name)
